Working with our clients’ Human Resource strategists and selected training providers, the Institute will establish mutually agreed programmes, examine and/or certify employees, and assist with maintaining individual employee training and development plans. Delivery is achieved by open learning, distance learning or traditional classroom techniques, adjusted to the needs and capabilities of the client. ICM undertakes this work in association with leading institutions of higher education.
