Consultancy & Business Development

Working selectively with corporate and public sector clients, the Institute provides expert technical assistance and consultancy services in the fields of Professional Development, Human Resource Development and Business Development.

With support from its Advisory Board members, the Institute also tenders for regional, sub-regional and national consultancy assignments sponsored by a number of organisations. These include: the European Union; the European Investment Bank; the EBRD; the World Bank and the IFC; the Inter American Bank; ADB; UNDP; the ILO and the World Tourism Organisation.

ICM works either as an individual consultancy, research, evaluation or project management unit, or as a Consortium member meeting the criteria of being multi-lingual, multi-national and multi-disciplinary.
